Clubhouse Rental

RENTAL RULES
  • You must be 21 to rent
  • Rental fee is $150 per day.  $50 for each additional day
  • Please use painters tape on walls
  • Wipe down all tables and counters
  • Clean up bathrooms (sinks, urinals, toilets, garbage, and floors)
  • Put bar stools up, fold tables and lean against east wall and stack chairs
  • Floor must be swept
  • Garbage is to be put into dumpster
  • Aluminum cans can be combined and put behind shed or taken with you
  • Check windows and doors to make sure they are locked and all lights are off
  • Set thermostat at 60 degrees in winter and 72 degrees in summer
  • If the building is not cleaned and the outside grounds picked up of any garbage left behind, you will be getting a call to come back and clean
  • Renter is responsible for any damage and the cleaning of the building and grounds.
